RETURNS

Yes, you can contact us to request a return.

If we have sent you an article that you did not request by mistake, the easiest way to return is to contact us. Once the error is detected, in the shortest possible time, we will send you a transport agency to collect the wrong item and deliver the one you requested. This shipment will have no cost

If you wish to return the order (total or partial) that you have made in our store, you must also contact us to process your return.

In this case you can send it with your own transport agency without any extra charge by us, or we can make the pick up with our transport agency. In the latter case, the pick up shipping are

  • € 10 for pick up in countries of the European Union and the United Kingdom
  • € 15, in the rest of the countries of Europe, Russia, the United States and Canada
  • € 20, in the rest of countries

This cost will be deducted from the total amount to be returned.

Once the item is found in our facilities, the condition of the item will be checked (item and packaging), proceeding to refund the amount if it is verified that the status is the same as when we sent it to you

The deadline for any return is 30 calendar days from the receipt of the order.

If the return is due to the existence of a defect in the article, or, to some error on our part in the preparation of the shipment, the return is free.

In the event of disagreement or returnfor reasons beyond our control or error, transportation costs must be paid by the customer.

In this case you can send by your means the items you want to returnwithout any extra charge by us,or we can make the pick up with our transport agency. In the latter case, the shipping costs the products are:

This cost will be deducted from the total amount to be returned.

Once the returned merchandise has been reviewed and the refund is approved, the payment of the amount will be made through the same payment method used when ordering, deducting the expenses generated by the transportation in case of disagreement or resignation of the order.

After approving the return (the items must be in perfect condition and have the inside labels) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be paid.

Remember that credit card and transfer credit always depends on your bank.

Las Lolas Shoes reserves the right to refuse returns sent or sent after the deadline, or articles that are not in the same conditions in which they were received
